Getting the opportunity to capture one of the most special days of your life is seriously such a dream come true!

A little about me. I grew up in a tiny little town in Michigan and when I say tiny I mean TINY. Population: 1,934 last time I checked. Surrounded by dirt roads, cornfields, and just one single traffic light to keep the town running smoothly- I was running on hope and a dream that one day I would leave that tiny little town and make a name for myself in the city. Long story short, it happened. But not in the planned out way. I took a road trip out west that quickly went south and somehow ended up making Utah my home. No plan, no job, just a car and a camera. 

Even though I ended up staying and I still currently live in the busy bustling city, I often find myself wondering what it would be like to slow back down again and maybe that's the feeling I try to capture at every wedding day. The feeling of slowness, comfort, happiness, and whole hearted love.

Now it's been a decade since I started this new adventure. I'm married to the man of my dreams, we have a cute little cat, a cozy little house, and wayyy too many house plants if you ask my husband. Aside from photography I enjoy trying new coffee shops, thrifting, and wandering through book stores.
